Soooooo…..this is me on my recent trip to NYC to relax with family. (See pic below)
Right before this trip, I launched a new membership program that provides group coaching for service providers and training.
I want to share with you some of my takeaways from this launch.
First off, this was a “lazy” launch. Meaning I didn’t do what people typically do when launching a course or program.
I didn’t do any webinars, or much posting on social media. (I believe I only posted one time). I only emailed my list for one week.
This program is just 97 a month and these members got a HUGE founding member bonus because it was just half of that.
Why did I launch this new program? And why such a low price?
Well, for one, I know that not everyone can afford my more premium offers.
But why not help them anyway?
Plus, I can help them in a way that is gentle on my nervous system and isn't overwhelming for me.
Some of the feedback I got from the launch was that they really loved the platform that I chose to host the membership community on.
It’s intuitive, easy to use and easy to find what’s needed to be successful in the program.
It has:
-A place to host the training and templates
-A calendar of coaching calls
-A discussion forum where members can connect with each other and ask questions plus get support in between the Zoom sessions.
The reason why I created this program was to help service providers build a business that works for them.
And give them different paths to follow.
…Some service providers want to add digital products.
…Some want to create an agency.
We teach both in the program!
The beautiful thing is that you can can design your business the way that you want to.
